SAFE Alert issued for missing 83-year-old woman from Phoenix

PHOENIX — Authorities issued a SAFE Alert on Tuesday night for a missing 83-year-old woman who was last seen in Phoenix.

According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, Angela Latonis was last seen in the area of 43rd Avenue and Cactus Road around 4 p.m. on Tuesday.

Latonis was described as being 5-foot-1, 125 pounds and having white hair and hazel eyes.

DPS said that Latonis was last seen wearing a lavender sweater with purple flowers, a purple undershirt, blue jeans and lavender shoes.

Latonis reportedly suffers from a medical condition that can cause her to appear confused.
