The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a resident at an apartment complex shot and killed a neighbor who was trying to break into a unit.
According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, “Pct 4 deputies responded to a call for service at the 21700 block of Inverness Forest. Preliminary: a neighbor was allegedly trying to break into an other apartment. The unit owner shot the person. The wounded person was confirmed deceased on-scene. The shooting suspect is detained.?
