Who says you can’t be ripped in your 70s?

Mark Langowski—better known as Body by Mark on social media—has a viral habit of approaching in-shape strangers and starting his videos with, “I ask people who are really fit what they do for their workouts, and you are jacked.”

Then, he asks them about their specific workout routines and dietary habits.

In a recent video, he stopped a 71-year-old man and his 41-year-old son, who stepped in to answer on his dad’s behalf.

The 71-year-old works out four to five hours every day, mixing up walking, running, and cycling. According to his son, he’s been sticking to this routine consistently for four to five years, helping him build a strong physique.

As for supplements, he only takes creatine and protein. He’s completely natural.

When asked about pullups, he casually says he can do around 12. But it didn’t stop there. The father-son duo demonstrated their strength with a human flag—a full-body hold that demands serious core and upper-body strength.

They also demonstrated their pullups on camera, and the 71-year-old even flipped around the bar.

For his diet, he relies on brain-friendly products, like eggs, broccoli, and meat while trying to avoid alcohol.

Instagram users were blown away by the duo, with many commenting that they looked much younger than their actual age.

“Both are so impressive!! And how is the son 41?! He looks late 20s, early 30s, max. What a great family!” one Instagram user commented.

“Good looking disciplined family. Its refreshing to see. I hope I can inspire my family to keep it eat well stay young and healthy forever,” another user wrote.
