The billboard, sponsored by Season of Justice, is bringing attention to Jacquez Alan Anlage’s case to encourage potential leads.
The visibility initiative is a partnership between Season of Justice, Project: Cold Case, and the Jacksonville Survivors Foundation, which was founded by Jacquez’s mother, Crystal Anlage.
“It had been over five years without answers, but my son deserves justice,” Crystal Anlage said. “This billboard is a reminder that Jacquez’s life mattered. Someone in Jacksonville knows what happened. We are pleading for them to come forward.”
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is continuing its investigation and anyone with information is asked to call First Coast Crime Stoppers at (866) 845-TIPS to submit an anonymous tip.
Jacquez Alan Anlage was known for his ambition, humor, loyalty, and bright spirit. He left an impact on his family and community. His loved ones have fought to keep his memory visible and his case active.
“Visibility helps prevent cases from going silent,” a representative from Season of Justice said. “Billboards like this often spark new leads and community engagement.”
