Chelsea have been impressed by the performances of Brazil player Felipe Morais at the Under-17 World Cup according to reports.
The Blues have three youngsters representing England at the tournament in Reggie Walsh, Landon Emenalo and Chizaram Ezenwata.
Scouts from all of Europe’s top clubs will no doubt be in attendance as they look to discover the future stars of the game.
Chelsea impressed by Felipe Morais
As has been the case since Chelsea were taken over by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital, the Blues have targeted the best young talent from around the World.
The Brazil under-17 team is believed to have caught the eye of scouts, and Chelsea have already agreed a deal for Denner.

However, it appears another Brazilian youngster has appeared on their radar, and journalist Graeme Bailey has reported the Blues have been impressed by Morais.
“One Brazilian who everyone is loving is Felipe Morais,” he said as quoted on X.com
“Stunning player, fabulous technician. Everything about him. He’s really stood out and really caught the attention.
“Not that clubs didn’t know about him, but he’s obviously only turned 17 in August.
“He’s one who has impressed Chelsea. He’s stood out. A scout said to me a real majestic Kaka-type player.”
South American market heavily targeted
Morais is an attacking midfielder who’s scored twice at the competition, and he wouldn’t be the first South American youngster to make the switch to Chelsea.

The Blues have heavily targeted the continent, with Estevao and Andrey Santos part of the first team set up whilst Kendry Paez and Aaron Anselmino are on loan at Strasbourg and Borussia Dortmund respectively.
There’s clearly plenty of talent in South America, and Chelsea have had success, but there’s also been signings which haven’t worked out such as Angelo and Deivid Washington.
