Now that Sarah “Fergie” Ferguson and her ex-husband Andrew Mountbatten Windsor have been asked to vacate Royal Lodge, it’s been reported that the former Duchess of York will be heading to Portugal.

According to U.K. newspaper Daily Express, friends of the 66-year-old mother of two say her daughter Princess Eugenie and son-in-law Jack Brooksbank are getting the guest suite in their £3.6 million oceanfront villa prepared for her arrival.

“The word here is that Fergie will be arriving sometime in January,” a neighbor in the gated CostaTerra Golf and Ocean Club community — where Eugenie, 35, and Jack, 39, live — said in the Thursday, November 13, report.

The luxury community, which hosts 300 residences across 722 acres, is located between the villages of Melides and Comporta, and is approximately an hour south of Lisbon, the capital of Portugal.

“How long [Fergie will] stay is anyone’s guess but if it’s a long-term move, I can guarantee she’ll fit well into the social scene,” the neighbor told the paper. “Scores of celebrities and Hollywood stars have been snapping up properties in the area.”

According to the Express, A-listers in the area include Madonna, Scarlett Johansson and Alicia Vikander and her husband, Michael Fassbender, among others.

Meanwhile, it’s been said that the former Prince Andrew, 65, will relocate to Sandringham Estate in Norfolk.

The exes — who stayed at Royal Lodge together following their 1996 divorce — lived practically rent-free at the 30-room mansion for years before King Charles III stripped both of their royal titles and honors as more allegations regarding their connection to Jeffrey Epstein came to light.

While Andrew and Fergie (also parents to Princess Beatrice, 37) have denied any wrongdoing, both have come under fire for their connection to the late pedophile.

Andrew relinquished his titles after the publication of sex-trafficking victim Virginia Giuffre’s posthumous memoir, in which she repeated her claim that Andrew had sex with her when she was a minor. (He has repeatedly denied those allegations.)

And, for her part, Fergie has addressed reports of an email she wrote calling Epstein a “supreme friend” in 2011.

A spokesperson said in a statement, in part: “The Duchess spoke of her regret about her association with Epstein many years ago, and as they have always been her first thoughts are with his victims. Like many people, she was taken in by his lies. As soon as she was aware of the extent of the allegations against him, she not only cut off contact but condemned him publicly, to the extent that he then threatened to sue her for defamation for associating him with paedophilia.”
