From breakfast with Santa to lights at the Phoenix Zoo, there is plenty of festive fun planned around the Valley.

PHOENIX — The Holiday Season brings with it many festive events for people of all ages across the Valley. 


Mesa Merry Main Street:

Merry Main Street in Mesa begins Nov. 28 and runs through Jan. 10. The festivities include visits with Santa, an ice rink and live music. 


Christmas at the Princess:

Christmas at the Princess has become a holiday tradition for many Valley families. The experience at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess turns the hotel into “The North Pole’s sister city.”

The experience is open from Nov. 21 through Jan. 3. There will be an ice rink, visits with Santa, light displays and a Ferris wheel.


Scottsdazzle:

Scottsdale plays host to a series of events as part of its Scottsdazzle festivities

Featuring things like craft classes, dining and entertainment experiences. 

Santa will be visiting the farmer’s market on Nov. 29 and there will be a menorah lighting on Dec. 17. 


Phoenix Zoo Lights:

Phoenix Zoo Lights features over two miles of tree-lined trails, dozens of life-like animal lanterns and the tallest floating tree in North America, featuring a new light show. 

The experience starts on Nov. 26 and runs through Jan. 16. 


Christmas on the Farm:

Christmas on the Farm opens at DH Farms in Phoenix on Nov. 21 and runs through Dec. 28. 

The experience features reindeer stables, Santa’s Toy Factory (where kids can make a toy or ornament for a fee), Mrs. Claus’s Kitchen with cookie decorating and sweet treats and a choreographed light show.


Desert Farm Lights:

Desert Farm Lights at the Justice Brothers Ranch in Surprise opens Nov. 21 and runs nightly until Dec. 28. 

The 18-acre experience includes a Candy Cane Maze, Jolly Train Ride, horse-drawn orchard rides (for an additional fee) and live entertainment. 


Chandler Tumbleweed Tree Lighting: 

Chandler will light the Chandler Tumbleweed Tree in Dr. A.J. Chandler Park on Dec. 6. The event runs from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. 


Chandler Community Menorah:

The City of Chandler and the Chabad of the East Valley will light a menorah each night of Hanukkah from Dec. 14 through Dec. 22 in Downtown Chandler. 


Glendale Glitters:

Glendale Glitters kicks off with events on Nov. 28 and Nov. 29. The light displays in Downtown Glendale will be up until Dec. 31. 

The interactive light display and Christmas tree will be at the Glendale Civic Center.
