More than 100 THC vapes and multiple guns seized from speeding vehicle in DPS bust

SAN ANTONIO – A routine traffic stop in San Antonio led to a significant drug and weapons bust.

On Tuesday, the Texas Department of Public Safety (Texas DPS) took to Facebook to celebrate the bust that led to the seizure of more than 100 THC vape pens.

A Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper pulled over a vehicle for speeding in a school zone on Thursday, only to uncover a cache of illegal substances and firearms.

The vehicle, occupied by three adult males, was found to contain more than 100 THC vape cartridges, 258 grams of THC, and 4.91 ounces of marijuana. Additionally, multiple handguns were discovered during the search.

All three men were taken into custody, marking a successful operation in removing drugs and weapons from the community.
