CHICAGO (WLS) — Skydeck Chicago is decking the halls for the holidays.

For the first time ever, they’ve decorated the lower-level Chicago museum and their observation deck with thousands of twinkling lights and ornaments.

Guests can step aboard a holiday-themed L train replica.

Throughout the season, Santa Claus will make appearances to snap photos.

People can also write letters to Old Saint Nick.

“Be good,” Santa said. “You’ll enjoy yourself, this is an exciting place and exciting time to be here.”

There will also be surprise live performances from local entertainers, including carolers and “Nutcracker” ballet dancers.
