Construction is set to begin in February 2026 and is estimated to finish in October 2027. TDLR filings are often preliminary and details are subject to change but the documents can provide a early glimpse into construction plans.
Another TDLR filing outlined an additional $293 million to go toward the project. The added cost will focus on fixtures — like doors, lightings, ceilings, partitions — of the first and second floors. The 158,293-square-foot interior job is estimated to begin in September 2027 and finish in March 2028.
