Chicago Christkindlmarket 2025 to address capacity, crowd management concerns

CHICAGO (WLS) — Christkindlmarket is having capacity issues.

Space requirements at Daley Plaza changed this year for the Chicago location.

Organizers are expected to speak about the issue on Friday at about 1 p.m.

Since the popular holiday market opened, there have been long lines of people waiting to get in.

Christkindlmarket organizers have not given any more details on what they plan to address later.
