SAN ANTONIO – A man is hospitalized after police say he was stabbed by his brother on the West Side.
The incident happened around 2:30 a.m. Friday at a home on Vera Cruz near South Trinity Street.
Police say the two got into a fight, and one brother stabbed the other multiple times before running down the street.
He was later caught and detained. Officers found dried blood on his body and a knife on him with blood on it.
The 32-year-old victim was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
