A man was arrested last week after allegedly posting a video on TikTok suggesting he was building a bomb to target Fort Worth, according to a Department of Homeland Security official.
Mohammad Alokozay was arrested Nov. 25 by DHS and booked into Tarrant County jail, where he faces one terroristic threat charge, according to jail records.
No bond amount has been set as of Saturday afternoon.
According to DHS, Alokozay was brought to the U.S. under Operation Allies Welcome, which began in 2021.
The operation was a Biden administration program that evacuated and resettled tens of thousands of Afghans after the U.S. withdrawal from the country.

The 29-year-old suspect in the Nov. 27 shooting that killed one West Virginia National Guard member and critically injured another in Washington, D.C. also entered the U.S. through the program.
No further information about the incident was immediately available.

More than 150 others reside in the Allan B. Polunsky unit in Livingston, awaiting news on appeals and execution dates.
No injuries had been reported; police say there is no ongoing threat to the public.
