PHOENIX — Need a new place to grab breakfast or brunch in north Phoenix? Look no further than the newest Over Easy location, which will open this weekend.

The Scottsdale-based chain will open the doors of its newest restaurant, which is located near Dove Valley Road and Interstate 17, on Saturday.

“As Dove Valley continues to grow into one of north Phoenix’s most dynamic areas, we’re proud to plant roots here,” Over Easy COO Brian Terpay said in a press release. “We look forward to serving this expanding community with the breakfast favorites and hospitality Over Easy is known for.”

The north Phoenix Over Easy location was designed by two Scottsdale-based companies: architecture firm Aline Architecture Concepts and interior designer Social Design Studio. There will be a main dining room, bar, patio, modern decor and a custom neon wall.

To celebrate opening weekend, the restaurant will offer mimosas for just 1 cent with the purchase of an entrée — with a limit of one per guest — and kids can eat free all weekend, as long as they are with an adult who purchases a meal.

Customers will be able to find all of the restaurant’s top dishes on the menu at the new location, including banana nut French toast, golden waffle dogs and chilaquiles.

Over Easy continues Arizona expansion

This will be Over Easy’s 19th location statewide, as it operates 16 other restaurants around the Valley and two in Flagstaff.

Two other locations have already opened this year in Buckeye and Goodyear.

Over Easy also has plans to open another restaurant at The Residences at The Gilmore, a mixed-use development currently under construction near Val Vista Drive and Germann Road in Gilbert.
