Resia North City apartments are currently being constructed near US 287 and North Tarrant Parkway in Fort Worth by the North City shopping and dining development.
Plans for the $45 million complex were announced more than three years ago, according to previous reporting. At the time, construction was slated to start in March 2023.
According to the website, ground was broken in April and construction went vertical in October. No timetable was listed for the completion of the project.

A filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows the project was registered on July 27, 2022, with construction scheduled to begin that fall.
The estimated completion date was July 2025, which includes three buildings, parking garages and a clubhouse/leasing office, according to the state document.

The complex’s website states Resia North City will be two mid-rise buildings with 464 units that has modern finishes and a range of quality amenities. There will be a 24-hour fitness center, a swimming pool and a multipurpose room for apartment residents.
According to previous reporting, the North City development also has restaurants like Velvet Taco, Paris Baguette and Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, which have joined entertainment center Andretti Karting & Games and retail giant Living Spaces.
