Seminar Title

  • Computational Approaches in Biophysics and Vaccine Design

Dr. Lee is a computational biologist specializing in molecular simulations and bioinformatics approaches to investigate the structures and dynamics of biomolecules. She received her PhD in computational chemistry under Arieh Warshel, the 2013 Nobel Laureate in chemistry. Following her PhD, she joined the Vaccine Research Center at the NIH, where she applied her expertise to infectious disease and vaccine research, focusing on immunogen design and glycan dynamics. Dr. Lee is currently a senior scientist at OncoC4, where she has expanded her work to the application of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in protein engineering. She leverages AI-driven methods to engineer next-generation antibodies for cancer immunotherapy and to develop computational tools to improve pharmacokinetic properties of therapeutic antibodies.
