While the holidays are a magical time for many, some are not so big of fans. Whether you find yourself in the latter category, where all the twinkling lights and holiday cheer makes you see red – metaphorically, that is – or become overwhelmed with the stress of buying gifts, cooking, and/or seeing the in-laws and just want to let off steam: you’ll want to check this out.
In celebration of its “The Holidays Are Brutal” promotion, PlutoTV is bringing a holiday-themed rage room experience to Houston this December where visitors are encouraged to deck the halls (as in, destroy holiday decorations).
On one day only, Thursday, December 11, PlutoTV will host its Christmas-themed rage room experience to Houston. Hosted by Break Life Houston at 5805 Centralcrest St.), the immersive experience allows pent-up visitors the chance to blow off steam through the destruction of holiday decorations. As put by PlutoTV:
“Fans can step into Pluto TV’s immersive, holiday-themed rage room and unleash their inner action star by smashing ornaments, drop-kicking wrapping-paper disasters, and ‘decking’ the halls”.
As stated, the holiday-themed rage room experience is in promotion of Pluto TV’s “the holidays are brutal” campaign. Now underway, the free streaming platform is featuring a program of high-octane action movies throughout the month of December. Featured flicks include the likes of Snatch, Gangs of New York, and The Raid as well as franchises ranging from Terminator to Transformers, Back To The Future, and more.
Reservations for the holiday rage room in Houston are now available through the official event website in 30-minute windows. Participation in the rage room is completely free. To book a session, simply visit the website here, select the Houston rage room, choose your time, identify your crew, then lock it in.
