Pedestrian critically injured in late-night crash on city’s West Side

SAN ANTONIO — A man was critically injured after being struck by a vehicle late Sunday night on the city’s West Side.

The crash happened around 11:42 p.m. on Culebra Road and North General McMullen.

Police said a man was struck by a vehicle while crossing the roadway. He was rushed to University Hospital in critical condition.

The driver stopped to render aid and no charges are expected to be filed.
