“Ebro in the Morning” comes to an end on MediaCo urban contemporary “Hot 97” WQHT New York, but the brand will continue in some form syndicator Superadio says.

“It’s done,” host Ebro Darden posted on X. “More to come.” In an Instagram video co-host Peter Rosenberg added, “I lived out a childhood dream and it was amazing. Very excited for what’s next. “I was told to tell you guys for a long time change is afoot. Change can be beautiful. There are some changes on the horizon. Stay tuned.”

The show debuted in 2012, when Darden – Program Director at the time – returned to morning drive, which he previously hosted from 2004-2007. Rosenberg, who also works at “ESPN New York,” has been with the station since 2007. Laura Stylez in 2013.

A statement from syndicator Superadio, read, “While the distribution of Ebro in the Morning in its current form is ending, Superadio remains fully committed to the Ebro brand. We look forward to continuing to bring Ebro’s voice and talent to the masses across new platforms, which we’ll be sharing more about very soon.”
