Amazon Prime is ramping up its same-day delivery service for shoppers who need fresh vegetables, fruit, baked goods, seafood and more right now.
On Wednesday, Dec. 10, the online retail giant announced a major expansion of its same-day grocery delivery program, boosting coverage to more than 2,300 cities, more than double the 1,000 markets included when the service debuted this summer. Amazon says even more locations are slated to come online in 2026.
Over the past four months, Amazon has also increased its selection of perishable items available for same-day delivery by 30%, according to a news release.
That expansion now reaches Florida, including right here in Jacksonville. Here’s how to find out whether same-day delivery is available in your neighborhood.
