Mattress Mack, Pancho Claus Team Up for Holiday Toy Drive in Houston

  • December 17, 2025

HOUSTON – Jim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale is once again spreading holiday cheer, this time teaming up with Houston’s beloved Pancho Claus to collect toys for families in need.

Houstonians are invited to donate new, unwrapped toys for teens, young children and toddlers during a two-day toy drive on Saturday, Dec. 20, and Sunday, Dec. 21, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Donations will be accepted at both Gallery Furniture locations on the North Freeway and the Grand Parkway.

The effort brings together Mattress Mack, Gallery Furniture and Pancho Claus, also known as Richard Reyes, who has spent more than 40 years delivering toys, hope and smiles to Houston children during the holidays.

Together, the group is calling on the community to help make the season brighter for thousands of local kids.

“Making kids happy is what the holidays are all about,” McIngvale said. “We’re proud to collaborate with Pancho Claus to fill his sleigh with toys and spread smiles across Houston. The essence of living is giving, and we look forward to Houstonians showing up and donating this weekend.”
