FORT WORTH – C.D. passed away peacefully December 15, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas, at the age of 86. Visitation: 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday, January 3, 2026, In Greenwood’s Live Oak Chapel, 3100 White Settlement Road Fort Worth, Texas 76107. Funeral: to follow the visitation, 12:00 p.m., Saturday, January 3, 2026 in Greenwood’s Live Oak Chapel. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park. He was born in Granbury, Texas, on December 23, 1938, and lived in River Oaks, Fort Worth, and Benbrook. He married his wife of 60 years, LaRita Ann Eisenman “Ann” on July 12, 1957. C.D. was a machinist and owned a business with his brother Charles. He later worked at Bell Helicopter from 1975 to 2007. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann; parents, Carless and Naomi Purselley; sister, Patricia; brothers, Charles and David; and his infant daughter, Patty. He is survived by his daughters, Pamela and husband, James, and Cynthia; grandchildren, Courtney and husband, Chantz, Whitney and husband, Kevin, Emily and husband, James, and Michael; great-grandchildren, Patrick, Brayden, Trysten and Reagen; and numerous extended family and friends.
