FORT WORTH, Texas — A man died in an apparent hit-and-run crash on West Berry Street in Fort Worth on Friday evening, police said.

The crash happened shortly after 7 p.m. at the intersection of Berry and Lipscomb Street, according to a police news release. Officers found a man who was injured in an apparent auto-pedestrian crash, but there was no vehicle at the scene. 

The man died at the scene, according to police.
