PHOENIX — Police identified the suspect in a downtown Phoenix shooting that left three women and one man hospitalized on Sunday.

The Phoenix Police Department said 22-year-old Keon Joubert was located and arrested on multiple felony charges, including aggravated assault, on Monday.

Detectives do not believe there are any additional suspects related to this incident.

Officers responded to a call in the area of around 2:15 a.m. on Sunday and found four people with gunshot wounds, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

All four individuals were taken to a nearby hospital, where the man was listed in critical condition. The three women suffered injuries that aren’t considered life-threatening.

Anybody with information about the case is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS (948-6377) or 480-TESTIGO (837-8446) for Spanish. Callers can remain anonymous, and tips that lead to an arrest could be eligible for a cash reward.
