Crash on I-95 South at Philips Highway (FL 511)
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Emergency crews were on the scene of a crash with injuries on I-95 North at Philips Highway.
As of 1 p.m., two right lanes were blocked.
A traffic camera in the area showed a motorcycle on its side in the roadway.
