Construction is set to start in early 2026, with an opening expected later that year
One of Dallas’ most recognizable Uptown restaurants is heading north. Fox Restaurant Concepts plans to open a second Dallas–Fort Worth location of The Henry at Plano’s Legacy West, expanding the brand’s presence in North Texas.
According to the Dallas Business Journal, construction is expected to begin in early 2026, with an anticipated opening later that year. The new restaurant will be located at 7700 Windrose Avenue, Suite G200, inside Legacy West.
The Henry is known for blending a vintage sensibility with contemporary design. The restaurant’s spaces are designed to accommodate everything from casual meals to private events, offering multiple dining areas that encourage lingering, socializing and repeat visits.
The Details
Documents from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation show the space will total more than 12,500 square feet, including a sizable outdoor patio, reinforcing the concept’s reputation as a place designed for both everyday dining and special occasions.
According to the state filings, renovations are scheduled to begin Feb. 22, 2026, with completion targeted for Aug. 20. The Plano location will include nearly 10,800 square feet of interior dining space and just over 1,700 square feet devoted to patio seating.
An All-Day Menu With Crowd Favorites
The Henry’s appeal lies in its versatility. The menu spans breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner, making it a reliable choice at nearly any hour. Guests can expect a lineup of signature dishes such as short rib potstickers, smoked salmon and caviar, filet mignon, rigatoni alla vodka and Korean prime skirt steak.

The beverage program is equally wide-ranging, featuring a strong selection of wines and cocktails. Popular offerings include the Amalfi spritz, espresso martini and rotating seasonal sangrias, reinforcing the restaurant’s reputation as both a dining destination and a social hub.
