Grand Park returns with their annual New Year’s Eve celebration full of live music, delicious local food trucks, and an incredible light show counting down to 2025!

3. Have a No Cover New Year’s Eve at Angel City Brewery
Ring in the New Year with a little swing in your step and a whole lot of sabor. This New Year’s Eve celebration at Angel City Brewery blends gilded Art Deco glamour with cumbia rhythms, feel-good party hits, and great beer. No cover. No RSVP needed. First come, first served.
What to Expect:
- A live cumbia band from 7–9 PM to get the dance floor moving early
- A DJ spinning cumbia, Latin party favorites, and dance-floor classics all night long
- Chic Art Deco–inspired photo ops with a little extra sparkle
- A high-energy midnight countdown to dance us into the New Year

Celebrate NYE at Oy Bar’s at their East Coast countdown for early birds or a second live West Coast countdown!
Table choices:
- The Singles Bar (bar seating) for parties of one to three
- Date Night for twosomes and foursomes
- Big Party Table for parties of 6-10 (with a party menu available)

6. Dine out at Tía Carmen
Tía Carmen from acclaimed chef Angelo Sosa at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas will kick off 2026 with an evening of live music and a special, multi-course tasting menu for $150 per person, with a wine pairing add on for $85.
Menu highlights include:
- Southwest Hamachi grilled in mesquite ambers with tepache ponzu
- Blue Prawn Tostada – a sea urchin stew with grilled Mexican prawns, peanut miso salsa macha and micro cilantro
- An Australian wagyu Steak Tartare with caper aioli, yuzu shallot kosho and toasted brioche
- Lamb Croquets stewed in Mexican dried chilies adobo, with elote spice mayo
- Australian Wagyu Filet with bone marrow butter, beef jus nasturtium chimichurri, yucca puree and herb salad
