Tiger Woods’ former mistress Rachel Uchitel is set to tie the knot in a backyard ceremony in Palm Beach, Fla., with a dash of vintage New York style on New Year’s Eve, we hear.

A source tells Page Six that Uchitel will wed Dan Donovan — founder and managing partner of event management service Stratoscope — in the couple’s backyard in the tony enclave, with a celebration that blends Florida glamour while giving a nod to her family history as owners of the famed El Morocco.

We hear the theme is a tribute to her grandparents, who owned the New York City hotspot in the 1960s. The supper club, which opened in the 1930s, drew celebs and boldface names, like Marilyn Monroe, Truman Capote, Errol Flynn and Dianna Vreeland.

According to a source, Uchitel’s big night will channel the iconic club’s white palms and zebra-striped banquettes.

The festivities will also include fireworks and some celebrity guests, says a source.

On Monday, Uchitel and Donovan hosted welcome drinks at the chic Breakers Hotel with guests including “Jackass” star Bam Margera.

They hosted a rehearsal dinner on Tuesday, TMZ reported.

Uchitel and Donovan met via dating app Bumble three years ago, though they kept things platonic at first.

The “Miss Understood” podcaster has had a turbulent road to her happy ending.

Her first fiancé was killed in the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center. In the aftermath, she was famously pictured in tears holding his photo on the cover of the New York Post.

The former nightclub manager later made headlines in 2009 when she was revealed to be one of Woods’ mistresses while the golf icon was married to Elin Nordegren.

Uchitel was previously married twice — to former baseball player Matt Hahn and to childhood friend Steven Ehrenkranz.

“Coming from losing a fiancé in my 20s, to having a lot of terrible luck with men and making bad choices along the way, I feel like this has been a long winding road — but I finally have my own love story,” Uchitel told Page Six exclusively when she got engaged.

A source previously told us that Donovan is close with her daughter, Wyatt, who helped him pick out the ring.
