Quarterfinal #2. Let’s get it.
ACC FOOTBALL OFFICIATING
RAP SHEET:
—In each of its first three losses of the 2024 season, the Louisville football team appeared to be on the wrong end of at least one highly controversial, game-changing call.
—Against SMU, the Mustangs had a fumble call that was questionably overturned, resulting in the Mustangs scoring what would prove to be the game-winning touchdown. The league reached out to Jeff Brohm to apologize for the mistake before Brohm could even reach out to the league.
—Against Notre Dame, Louisville appeared to get poor spots on one crucial third down and another crucial 4th down.
—Against Miami, Louisville had a fumble return for a touchdown that appeared to be a legal play overturned by replay review. The Cardinals lost the game by seven.

DUKE BASKETBALL TWITTER
RAP SHEET:
—The official Duke men’s basketball Twitter accounts made multiple highly juvenile tweets complaining about Louisville’s Pat Kelsey winning ACC Coach of the Year over Jon Scheyer (which he did by a wide margin) and Louisville’s Chucky Hepburn winning ACC Defensive Player of the Year over Cooper Flagg.
—Not shockingly, Blue Devil fans supported the tweets and railed against the rest of the college basketball world for poking fun at them.
