Fort Worth-based Elevate, a leading provider of innovative online credit solutions, has promoted longtime executive April Sealy to chief human resources officer.
Sealy brings 12 years of experience at Elevate to the role and has been a central figure in shaping the Fort Worth-based company’s internal culture, according to company officials. Prior to her promotion, she served as executive vice president of administration, a position in which she oversaw key operational and people-focused functions across the organization.
In her new role, Sealy will continue to oversee day-to-day human resource functions, facilities management, and internal communications, while helping guide Elevate’s people strategy in alignment with its broader business goals.
“April leads with authenticity, thoughtfulness and genuine commitment to our people and our culture,” said Jason Harvison, Elevate president and CEO, in a statement. “She will continue to shape our people strategy with leaders across the organization and make Elevate a place where people can do their best work.”
Before joining Elevate, Sealy held senior leadership roles at Think Finance, Citi, and HSBC, building a background in financial services and organizational leadership. She recently completed the Wharton School Chief Human Resources Officer Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Sealy is also active in the community. She volunteers with Tarrant Area Food Bank and Girls Inc. of Tarrant County, reflecting a commitment to service that aligns with Elevate’s mission-driven approach.
