A baby dolphin stranded in New Smyrna Beach was rescued on Wednesday morning. Photos shared by Volusia Beach Safety show the baby dolphin onshore getting assistance from officials.Beach safety crews said they were keeping the dolphin’s skin moist until crews took over. The dolphin is a male and was found very stressed. The Hubbs-Seaworld Research Institute will help the dolphin recover.
