ATLANTA — Oregon continues to face uncertainty at running back ahead of the Peach Bowl.

Noah Whittington, who leads the No. 5 Ducks with 129 carries for 829 yards and six touchdowns, is listed as questionable for Friday’s College Football Playoff semifinal against No. 1 Indiana at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

It’s the first time the sixth-year senior has been listed on UO’s availability report this week. Whittington also has 19 catches for 98 yards and one touchdown and six kickoff returns for 126 yards.

Only three Oregon scholarship running backs are not designated as out for the Peach Bowl: Whittington, Dierre Hill Jr., and Jay Harris.

Oregon coach Dan Lanning confirmed Harris, who is transferring, is available this week. He is the first UO football player to be actively in the transfer portal and remain with the program.

Hill has 70 carries for 570 yards and five touchdowns this season. His season-high for carries in a game (10) came at Penn State.

Jayden Limar and Makhi Hughes are also transferring and have left the program and Da’Jaun Riggs is out due to a foot injury.
