A Small Cheval location in Chicago’s Logan Square will be temporarily closed after a fire broke out overnight.

According to the company, the fire broke out on the patio of the location in the 2800 block of West Armitage, and the restaurant will be closed as damage is assessed at the restaurant.

“The restaurant will be closed while we assess damage and will reopen as soon as possible,” a spokesperson said. “We are grateful for the quick action of the Chicago Fire Department, and look forward to serving the Logan Square neighborhood again soon.”

Video shot by a passer-by showed a fire on the patio of the restaurant, but no further information was immediately available on what caused the blaze.

No injuries were reported in the fire, according to the company.
