Expert shares tips on getting better sleep

CHICAGO (WLS) — We continue our wellness month and we’re talking about bad sleep habits.

Dr. Kenneth Lee, Medical Director at the University of Chicago Sleep Center, talked about late night scrolling and working late, inconsistent sleep routines, how alcohol or marijuana close to bedtime affects sleep and also about exercising right before bed.

Dr. Kenneth Lee, Medical Director at the University of Chicago Sleep Center is here with some tips on how to improve your sleep.

Dr. Lee also spoke about good sleep hygiene, sleep supplements and when someone should seek professional help.
