Luis Andino, 37, of San Antonio, Texas, was arrested on Jan. 11, 2026, after Boise Police responded to a call about an intoxicated individual at a business near W. Ustick Road and N. Five Mile Road.
Boise Police say Andino was asked to leave the premises for consuming alcohol but refused.
An employee signed a citizen’s arrest for trespassing and open container.
Andino resisted arrest and kicked an officer.
He was booked into the Ada County Jail on charges of battery on law enforcement, resisting or obstructing, trespass, and unlawful consumption or possession of an alcoholic beverage in a public place.
