Transtar has acquired M&W Business Park, a 64,600-square-foot, multi-tenant small-bay industrial property at 10349–10379 Alta Vista Road in north Fort Worth, according to a press release announcing the transaction.
LanCarte Commercial Real Estate represented Transtar in the acquisition, which was completed through a competitive sales process that attracted multiple qualified buyers.
Built in 2018 and situated on approximately seven acres, M&W Business Park includes six industrial buildings designed for small-bay users, offering modern construction and functional layouts. At the time of sale, the property was nearly 100% leased, reflecting continued demand for flexible industrial space in the Alliance/Northeast Tarrant County submarket.
