INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana Fever legend Tamika Catchings has reunited with Pacers Sports & Entertainment in a new role as an ambassador.
Catchings will work with the Fever, Indiana Pacers and Noblesville Boom in the role.
In this role, officials said she will “elevate sponsorship and business initiatives, energize internal and external events and serve as a representative of the organization’s vision and growth.”
Catchings is a four-time Olympic gold medalist and a five-time WNBA Defensive Player of the Year — making her one of the most decorated players ever.
Catchings played 16 seasons with the Fever and was inducted into the Naismith Hall of Fame in 2020.

Aside from basketball, Catchings has a foundation called Catch the Stars that she established over 20 years ago. It empowers youth within fitness, literacy and character development programs. She also operates the Tea’s Me Cafe on the north side of Indy.
