FORT WORTH, Texas (KLTV) – Former Brownsboro Bearette Paris Miller scored in double digits for the third straight game in Nelson’s 82-70 win over Texas Wesleyan Monday night.
The junior is averaging 16 points and six rebounds per game this season.
Miller played 33 minutes. She was 7-for-17 from the field, 3-for-10 from 3-point range and made two free throws, finishing with 19 points, nine rebounds, two assists and one steal.
Nelson moved to 12-2 overall and 8-2 in conference play. The Lady Lions travel to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on Thursday to play Mid-America Christian.
