SAN ANTONIO – A major fire caused major damage to three buildings and posed a challenge for fire crews.

Around 1:10 p.m. on Thursday, crews responded to a major fire near the corner of Paramont Avenue and Memorial Street on the West Side.

When crews arrived, they found three buildings on fire, including two storage sheds and one that had been lived in.

Crews were faced with challenges accessing the burning buildings, as the buildings were on long, narrow lots, with the burning structures not having alley access.

Thankfully, crews were able to knock down the flames within 15 minutes, and no injuries were reported.
