Bandido dives off the top rope toward MJF in Arizona Financial Theater in Phoenix on Jan. 14.

All Elite Wrestling (AEW) returned to Arizona for “Dynamite: Maximum Carnage” at the Arizona Financial Theatre.
The program opened with Darby Allin securing a victory over PAC in a rematch from November.  The bout featured extreme spots that have become commonplace for Darby such as a coffin drop from the concourse and being slammed onto the steel steps back first. Following the opener, “Hangman” Adam Page defeated Bryan Keith in a surprise bout. The evening also featured the return of Kenny Omega, who announced his intentions to pursue the AEW World Championship which will start next week when he takes on “The Walking Weapon” Josh Alexander. After a pair of tag team matches, the night concluded with the main event for the AEW World Championship between Champion MJF and Bandido.  MJF retained his belt in a near 20 minute thriller.  AEW returns to Arizona March 7 here in Tucson for AEW Collision.
