A 5K run followed by a rave? It makes perfect sense if you consider the run a warm-up exercise.

This information may sweeten your pot: This event is hosted by Diplo’s Run Club. Yes, that Diplo, the DJ, producer and member of LSD, Silk City and Major Lazer. In addition to all of his musical endeavors, he is fitness-forward; running has been a part of his life for years. He launched the club in late 2024 with events in Seattle and San Francisco and expanded into multiple cities in ’25.

Phoenix gets a turn to host on January 24. It’s a first for Phoenix and also the final stop on this tour of jog-dance soirees. Diplo is known to run with the crowd, and then after, he’ll be headlining the rave party.

If you don’t want running to be a part of your day, you don’t have to; you can get a ticket for the concert. From the looks of it, one thing you do want to do is grab your tickets for the run, concert or a combo, because multiple cities on the tour have sold out.

This is an earlybird’s party. Here are the details:

  • 7 a.m. — Check-in and VIP packet pickup
  • 8 a.m. — DJ thinkingaview starts cranking up the sounds
  • 9 a.m. — Race starts and festival opens
  • 10 a.m. — Will Clarke, Grammy-nominated DJ and producer, takes over the beat cranking machines
  • 11. a.m. — Diplo takes the stage

Diplo’s Sahara tent visuals at a Coachella event were unreal.
