A woman died after she was hit by a vehicle in South Dallas Friday evening, according to a news release from Dallas police.
Police said they responded to a major accident call near the intersection of Hickman Street and South Malcolm X Boulevard shortly after 7:35 p.m.
Investigators determined that a woman was hit by a vehicle and died at the scene, the release said.
The identity of the woman was not released by the police.
