Dr. Maurice Edwards, president elect of the New York State Dental Association (NYSDA), joined the CBS6 morning show to talk about diversity in the dental industry and, current workforce shortage that dentists in New York are facing, and recent hiring data and graduation rates that are helping play a roll in addressing workforce retention and recruitment.
