Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate has promoted three senior leaders and added a new executive to its hospitality team, moves the company said reflect its focus on internal talent development and continued growth.

“Crescent’s success is built on the strength and dedication of our people,” CEO Conrad Suszynski said in a statement. “Tony, Val, Peter, and Stephen each bring unique expertise, leadership, and a collaborative spirit that defines our culture. I am confident that, together, they will help drive Crescent’s growth and make a lasting impact on our organization.”

Tony Click was promoted to senior vice president, leasing, after previously serving as vice president. Click brings 44 years of experience in commercial real estate, including 22 years leading leasing at The Crescent in Dallas. In his expanded role, he will continue to oversee leasing at The Crescent while also leading leasing efforts at 2000 McKinney as Crescent grows its Uptown portfolio.

Valeria Caso Hatley was promoted to vice president, deputy general counsel. Since joining Crescent in 2022, Hatley has worked across teams within the company, focusing on contract review and negotiation, compliance with property-related documents, and legal support for complex investment transactions. In her new role, she will continue providing legal support while helping manage the day-to-day operations of the legal department.

Peter Miquelon was promoted to vice president, investments. Miquelon joined Crescent in 2019 and has experience across both the office and hospitality groups. His work includes investment underwriting, deal evaluation, financial modeling, and participation in major transactions. Crescent said his leadership and industry relationships position him as a key contributor to the company’s future growth.

Stephen Lin has joined Crescent as vice president, hospitality. Lin will focus on hospitality asset management, drawing on more than a decade of experience in private equity and nearly as long in the hotel industry. Prior to joining Crescent, Lin worked at Clarion Partners, where he managed a hotel portfolio of more than 7,000 keys across 25 states.
