Police seized 5,023 grams of meth, 586 grams of cocaine, 4 grams of crack cocaine, two firearms and $108,932 in cash, officials said.

FORT WORTH, Texas — The Fort Worth Police Department’s tactical narcotics and SWAT teams conducted an operation on Jan. 29 to shut down drug trafficking in the city, officials said.

Fort Worth Police Chief Eddie Garcia posted about the sting on social media. Garcia said the teams hit two residences on Grainger Street and West Arlington Avenue, making one arrest and seizing thousands of grams of narcotics.

Fort Worth police arrested Benjamin Williams during the operation, officials said. He was booked into the Tarrant County Jail on Jan. 30, records show. Williams faces charges of manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm.
