FORT WORTH, Texas — Part of Interstate 30 in Fort Worth is closed after one person was killed in a major crash Sunday evening, police say.
According to the Fort Worth Police Department, officers were called to the crash at about 5:01 p.m. to I-30 near Bridgewood Drive.
Officers found the multi-vehicle crash upon arrival, officials said. One victim was pronounced dead on scene by medical personnel.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident, according to FWPD.
Texas Department of Transportation cameras show a closure near the accident, forcing drivers on the interstate to exit.
