Salt Cave at the Copper Cave, Plaistow, New Hampshire

Imagine relaxing in a chair, not doing anything but relaxing, and simultaneously benefiting your skin, opening your airways, and reducing inflammation in a natural way…that is Halotherapy at the Copper Cave.

According to the Copper Cave website, “Halotherapy is achieved by grinding up pharmaceutical grade salt into microscopic particles and disbursing it through the air via a halogenerator.”

Essentially, the salt in the air benefits your body without requiring any additional action beyond breathing. It is a hands-off treatment. The salt particles penetrate deep into participants’ lungs, absorbing toxins and allergens. This can help with inflammation and congestion, helping you breathe well again.

The Copper Cave wellness sanctuary offers a variety of ways to get into the cave. You can do a single session, a group session, or book the cave for yourself and a private group of six.

The Copper Cave also offers massage treatments. So you can take in the healing remedies of the salt cave, and have an active spa treatment at the same time.
