PHOENIX — After first purchasing the extra space in Old Town Scottsdale, a Phoenix-based developer has announced its design plans for a luxury office campus scheduled to be completed in late 2026.
Arbor Old Town, under the ownership of George Oliver, will be a 360,000-square-foot and six-acre office space located at north Scottsdale and east Indian School roads. Its total offerings will consist of three buildings at the Scottsdale site.
Part of the project includes completing renovations of the building located at 4141 N. Scottsdale Road, and those renovations have begun.
“Arbor Old Town represents a paradigm shift in office redevelopment,” Jay Sciarani, George Oliver design lead architect, said in a Wednesday press release. “It’s not just a renovation – it’s a reinvention of what office space can be when you put wellness, hospitality and placemaking at the core.”
George Oliver and business partner Ascentris finalized the purchase of the three-parcel land in June 2024.
Scottsdale luxury office campus features
The newest member of the George Oliver Arbor collection, which debuted in Tempe in 2022, will include several state-of-the-art amenities.
- A centrally located garden will be available for special events with fireplaces and a working stage.
- A cafe, The Sprig, will be located in the garden and offer food, coffee and cocktails for purchase.
- A lounge featuring a Trackman golf simulator will be on site.
- A room with a capacity of 160 people will allow for large conferences and employee training.
“Arbor Old Town’s buildings have been part of the Old Town fabric for decades,” Curt Kremer, George Oliver founder and managing partner, said in the release. “This transformation will preserve that architectural legacy while introducing a new vision. It will be a lasting destination that redefines what it means to work in Old Town Scottsdale.”
