MARTIN COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) – A Chicago man was arrested in Martin County on child porn charges.
Martin County deputies arrested Daniel Demulder yesterday.
The 33-year-old man is accused of having multiple videos showing a 10-year-old girl engaging in sexual activity, according to warrants.
Demulder is charged with six counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
A court release order says Demulder has no ties to Martin County and was extradited from Michigan.
He was booked into the Bertie-Martin Regional Jail under a $750,000 bond.
Court records show Demulder will appear before a judge today.
