PHOENIX — A Phoenix flight was diverted to Tucson after an issue on board, airline officials tell 12News.

The American Airlines flight was originally scheduled to take off in Phoenix and land in Miami, but when crew members reported an “issue with an onboard oven,” the flight was diverted to Tucson.

American Airlines claims there was no evidence of a fire on board, and no injuries were reported. 

The flight has since departed for Miami.
